The Back Shop Knee Pillow

The Back Shop Knee Pillow: Memory Foam Support for Side Sleepers

The Back Shop Knee Pillow is designed to sit between your knees while you sleep on your side. By keeping your knees apart and your upper leg supported, this knee pillow helps keep your hips, pelvis and spine in line, easing strain on the lower back and cushioning the knees.

Why Use a Knee Pillow?

When you sleep on your side, your upper leg tends to drop forward and down. This twists the pelvis and lower back and can leave you waking up stiff or sore. It also means your knees press against each other all night. A knee pillow support keeps your legs at a comfortable distance, so your spine stays in a more neutral position and your knees are cushioned.

Molded Visco Memory Foam

The knee pillow is made from molded visco-elastic memory foam, a material originally developed by NASA. The foam is heat-sensitive, so it softens and molds to the shape of your legs for comfortable, even support through the night.

• Side sleepers who wake with lower back or hip discomfort
• Anyone looking for a knee pain pillow to stop knees pressing together
